Refund policy

I gladly accept returns on most items and want you to shop here with confidence!

Returns and Refunds Policy:

I have a 14 day return policy for change of mind purchases which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your order. I am not able to offer returns for digital art courses, gift cards, or items on sale/discounted.

Return Instructions: 

  • Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and provide your receipt as proof of purchase
  • Make sure items are returned undamaged and in resalable condition 
  • Return items in their original packaging (including certificate of authenticity if applicable) 
  • Make sure the return package is tracked and insured so that you’re covered in the event of damage or loss on its way back to me. *Kindly note, you are responsible for the package until I receive it back. If it is damaged on the way back to me, I cannot offer a refund. It will be your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.

Refund Conditions and Terms:

  • Items sent back to me without requesting a return will not be accepted
  • I don't offer refunds for shipping costs.
  • Buyers are responsible for all return costs when returning items
  • I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return items and let you know if the return is approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded the cost of the items (minus shipping costs you paid) to your original form of payment. If the items are not returned in their original undamaged condition, your return will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the items back.
  • Please allow time for you bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift Cards
  • Fluid Art Courses
  • Sale/Discounted Items

Damages Policy:

Great care is taken to make sure everything arrives in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged artwork, I'll make it right! Please contact me within 3 days providing:

  • Your name
  • Email address used to place your order
  • Order confirmation number or confirmation email as proof of purchase
  • Detailed pictures of:
    • The damaged artwork
    • The inner and outer packaging 
    • The shipping label

*Make sure you contact me within 3 days of receiving your delivery so I can resolve the issue with either the mail carrier or my printer. Hold on to the damaged artwork and packaging until the claim is resolved, should you be required to show it to the carrier or provide additional photos during any part of the claims process. I will provide your refund once the claim is settled.

When you receive damaged:

Prints - You will receive a replacement free of charge

Original Artworks - You will receive a full refund including any shipping costs you paid

 

Exchanges Policy:

No exchanges are accepted.

 

Customer's Responsibility

• Provide the complete and correct mailing address at the checkout. I unfortunately cannot cover costs of redelivery if there is a return to sender, so please double check your address is correct when checking out.

• Pay any applicable customs, taxes, duties or other fees for your country. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to me and I will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus shipping costs).
