I love animals...
It has always been my dream to play a part in ending factory farming, saving endangered species, returning to a more respectful way of living, and protecting our environment.
That's why I transitioned to being vegan and I actively support animal rights, land conservation, and wildlife preservation.
Small Acts, Big Impact
As a way of giving back to these causes close to my heart, I started "Small Acts, Big Impact" where I donate 7% of the profit in my business to a different reputable charity each month. As my business grows, I plan to continue increasing this number. This includes profit from prints, original artworks, and courses. I separately donate 25% of the profit from affiliate links found in my free guide: Fluid Art Supply Guide.
A few of the charities I've supported include World Wildlife Fund, One Tree Planted, The Humane League, and International Fund for Animal Welfare. If you know a reputable charity you'd like to see supported, contact me here. I'd love to consider it!
The purpose is to focus on how every small act makes a difference. It's not about doing it perfectly, it's about making an effort where you can, when you can.
And if you're like me, you might feel a heaviness thinking about how you're only one person. So a gentle reminder: every small act of kindness makes a difference, creates a ripple effect, and changes the life of another living being on this earth for the better. Saving one animal won't change the whole world, but the whole world does change for that one animal. 💚
